Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase
within 14 days without giving a reason — except where this right does not apply by
law (see "Digital products" below).

How to withdraw — two steps

1. Tell us who you are and which order. In the form below, enter your full name (as
   on the order), your order number (for example #12345), and the email address used
   for the order.
2. Confirm your withdrawal. In the Message box, write:
   "I confirm that I withdraw from my contract for the above order."
   You may add a reason if you wish (optional).

We will send you a confirmation of receipt by email without undue delay, stating the
date and time we received your request.

You may also send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal by email to
support@productionmusiclive.com.

Digital products
Many of our products are digital content and digital services (e.g. sample packs,
presets, templates, and online courses) supplied immediately after purchase. Where
you gave your prior express consent to begin the download or to access the content
immediately, and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the
statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies once delivery/access has begun, in
accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. We will still acknowledge your
request and respond.
