Production Music Live offers 2 types of digital products:
1) Online Courses
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your course, contact us in the first 2 weeks after purchase (unless otherwise stated on the product page) - due to the digital download nature of the optional sound packs, we can only refund the course part. No refund on bulk / bundle orders. One refund per person. If you wish to request store credit or a return please contact us via email, including your order number and any relevant information.
2) Digital Downloads
- Due to the nature of digital downloads we can offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.
- If you have any issues with a product get in touch within 14 days and let us know.
- By completing a purchase you agree that the issue of a refund will be made at the sole discretion of the PML Staff and that all decisions made by the PML Staff are final.
- We are happy to issue store credit or a refund if your product is proven to be defective or not as described.
- Unfortunately unless our download system has not registered a download – i.e. you have not attempted a download by clicking on the download link issued to you, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind, please read the product description and software requirements carefully - each product page provides you with the precise information of required software you need to have installed on your system.
2.1) We can’t offer a refund if:
- You cannot use the product due to hardware or software limitations – i.e. you do not own the compatible synthesizer for the product.
- You no longer need the purchased product.
- You have changed your mind
- We do not make any guarantees for product use with cracked or illegally downloaded software.
2.2) Eligibility
- Unless otherwise stated on the product pages, a refund is eligible for 14 days from the date of purchase (found in your Order Confirmation Email).
- We strongly advise checking what software and/or hardware is required to use the products and what are the minimum hardware requirements to use the software.
- This information is always provided on the product pages.
- The customer is responsible to have knowledge required to use the product.
- Case-by-case issued refunds only on our individual products within 14 days of purchase.
- No bulk / Bundle orders. One refund per person.
- If you wish to request a return please contact us via email, including your order number and any relevant information.
